This is a great point. Never trust someone who's 100 per cent certain, because this shows that they are missing something.

Those who are most expert at any topic will always understand that there are multiple possibilities, and can therefore come across as less knowledgable than someone who thinks they know it all.

Unfortunately, many people want to be led by confident people that always claim to have the right answer.
