I love this article format and would love to see it for other skills as well:) I think the goals of what's achievable in 15 and 100 hours seem a bit ambitious, but it would be extremely impressive if someone could achieve this. Obvisously, the writing level someone have before writing their first medium article is a huge differentiator.
