Also, I would like to the research vs practice percentage. Even if you do 10 of research vs 100 hours of practice, you dont have to do all 10 hours of research before your first hour of practice. Often it is better to start right away, as you will be able to ask better questions and do better research if you have at least tried the skill. As you progress and advance at the skill, you will continusouly be able to ask better questions that are more in tune with your current level.
